Love to Juice is a fully computerized web store. By eliminating the cost of leasing and operating an expensive store front, our overhead is lower, and we can pass these savings on to our customers.

Warranty

All merchandise offered on the Love to Juice marketplace is BRAND NEW- factory fresh. All merchandise comes with its original factory warranty. Should you have problems with a product, you should contact the manufacturer for assistance. We make no express or implied warranties. We will assist you in any way we can to help you get your problem taken care of as soon as possible. Please review your warranty information, which is included with your item, directly upon receipt of your order.

Should you receive an order with some form of damage, make sure to keep all of the packaging materials and not dispose of anything. Immediately contact Love to Juice so that we can call the shipping company and arrange for an on-the-spot damage inspection. Once the shipping agent has completed the inspection, we will be notified about the findings and we will contact you.

Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number(RA#). Items returned must be complete and in their original double-boxed shipping carton, or they may not be accepted. Items that have been used, come into contact with food, cannot be returned because once used, it cannot be resold. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be shipped pre-paid. If the juicer is defective or needs repairs within the warranty period please contact the manufacturer. For an authorization # please email us with the details of your order and your reason for the return. RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. It is standard practice in the mail-order business in that your refund does not include any shipping and handling charges, calculated on the actual cost of the service.(even when included within the price)

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped. If the merchandise has already been shipped, please see our return policy that is stated above.

Missing Packages

On multiple package shipments, sometimes all of the packages do not arrive at the same time. If all of the missing packages do not arrive within 2 working days of the delivery of the first part of the order, please call us so that we can initiate a search for the packages. It is always to your advantage to insure that you sign only for the packages that you receive and do not sign for the entire shipment if all of the packages are not physically there at that time.

Correct Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct address and phone number. They will only be used to ensure the shipping company can contact you at delivery and ensure that you receive your package on time, and for any necessary follow-up of your order.

Taxes

There is no state tax on any item shipped for our U.S. customers. Taxes will only be charged to customers in British Columbia., as we are a B.C. based business..

Canadian Orders

Though we now ship to Canada, Canadian customers please be aware! Our prices are in US funds. We are not responsible for the Duties, GST, and PST that Revenue Canada charges on products crossing the border. (PST should only be charged to the province of B.C). They will be collected from you by the shipping company on delivery. We ship FedEx International Economy service , where delivery is in 4 to 14 days.
