Made by Schnitzer in Germany, this mill contains two mill stones made of natural materials- Naxos-Basalt and Magnesite. It easily adjusts for grinding fineness, and is well designed to catch the ground Flour in an enclosed container and to clamp securely to a counter or table. All cereals the size of wheat and smaller can be used with the finest to coarsest adjustments. Oily seeds can also be ground alone with the medium to coarse settings, or at the fine setting when mixed with equal amounts of wheat or rye.
